Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that you’re going to have lots of questions regarding your order. Of course you can contact us via email or telephone. Before doing that, please check our FAQ’s below to see if your question has already been answered.
If you have ordered home delivery, then please allow up to 10 working days for your prints to arrive. If you have requested that your order is returned to the school, then please allow 10 working days from the deadline date on your proof card.
We would ask that your first check with your post office to see if they have a parcel waiting for you. Often our prints are larger than a standard letter box and will be held by the post office if you are not in to accept the delivery.
You can order at any time, although to receive free delivery back to the school you must order before the deadline date. After that date your order will be subject to a £5.00 delivery charge.
We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am till 4:30pm
If you place your order through our online ordering system, ImagePartner, ensuring that you have opted for home delivery, then contact us with your order number and we will do our best to expedite your order.
We keep all of our hi res images for a maximum of 24 months. After this time your images will be permanently removed from our servers. You can order online at any time during this time frame, although you will be charged a postage fee.
Unfortunately, our offices are not always manned, therefore we can either return your order back to the school or ship directly to your home address.
Digital downloads usually arrive in your inbox within a few minutes, but could take up to an hour. Before contacting us, we recommend that you check your spam folder to see if you have received any orders from email@example.com. If you still can’t find your email, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your ImagePartner order when communicating with us.

We keep the images for up to 2 years in ImagePartner, our online sales system. After that time, please contact us directly if you would still like to order.
Due to your prints being a personalised product we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have received them and they are faulty we are happy to replace them free of charge. Either return the faulty product to us, or take a photo on your phone of the problem and email it to us.
